The problem
The channel had 360K subscribers on YouTube but no real website. The stories had no home of their own outside YouTube.
What I built
- Moved the domain to a faster, safer host
- A news-style website in Spanish, with an English toggle
- New videos appear on the site automatically, each with its own page and chapters
- Newsletter signup and a contact form
- Search engine setup and visitor analytics
